Crispy Chicken Parmesan
1 chicken, cut up and skinned
1 1/4 c. Miracle whip salad dressing
2 c. Cornflakes
1 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. pepper
Heat oven to 350. Brush chicken with salad dressing. Mix crumbs, cheese and pepper and coat chicken. Place on baking sheet and bake for one hour or until tender.
Heidelberg Soup
5 medium potatoes, diced
3 medium onions, diced
cook in 4 cups of water. After boiling for one minute add 1 pkg of frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 3 -5 minutes. Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1 lb of Velveeta. Cook until cheese is melted and veggies are tender.

Do you have to buy a whole chicken and cut it up yourself??

No. You can buy it already cut up! My mom tried to teach me how to cut a chicken up....talk about not fun!
